Barcelona based pianist Sara Giusti gained first prizes in a number of competitions from a very early age, in Italy and abroad.
Sara got her Diploma in piano performance with the highest grades, under the guidance of pianist Benedetto Lupo, at the Conservatorio “Nino Rota” Monopoli, Italy, as well as her Master of Music and her Doctorate of Music Arts in piano performance with Professor Christopher Taylor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (USA.) Sara performed in Italy, Switzerland, USA, and Spain in solo recitals, orchestra (including Beethoven’s Fourth Concerto for piano and orchestra), and chamber music concerts (above all, her repertoire includes Schubert’s Die Forellenquintett and Schönberg’s Kammersymphonie.)
An eclectic artist, Sara dedicates herself to piano teaching as well, with an extensive experience with students of all stages and repertoires; additionally, Sara creates captivating theater shows and lecture recitals based on her academic research, particularly focused on Italian composer Nino Rota’s music.

In 2023 Sara started a proficuous collaboration with Italian mezzosoprano Guisela Zannerini Neri, whith whom she performs in Barcelona in captivating shows who link classical music with the mediterranean city.
